About Original and RAW Files
“Original files,” as defined by our studio, refer to unedited JPEG images directly from the camera.
If you would like to receive RAW image files for your own editing, please bring an SD card with sufficient storage capacity. Our photographer will use your SD card during the session, and you will receive it back with the RAW files once the shoot is completed.
Please note that RAW files are only available upon request and must be arranged in advance before the photoshoot.

While we take great care to ensure a safe environment during all photoshoots, please note that Kimono Rental Ann is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or personal belongings lost or damaged during the session.
Photo Delivery Disclaimer
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your photos due to an issue on our end, we will issue a full refund for the photography plan only.
This refund does not include kimono rental or makeup service fees. No additional compensation will be provided.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not accept refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the photos taken or edited by our photographers.

Please note that the duration may vary during peak seasons such as cherry blossom season, autumn foliage season, or on weekends.
1. Make up (40-50 min)
Our skilled makeup artist will create a customized look to enhance your natural beauty and complement your chosen kimono. To ensure the best results, please arrive with a clean face.
2. Kimono dressing and hair styling (30 min)
Our experienced staff will assist you in wearing your chosen kimono and creating a suitable hairstyle. This process involves layering the kimono, tying the obi sash, and styling your hair in a traditional or modern way, depending on your preference.
3. Photoshoot (45-120 min)
The final step involves a photoshoot with our professional photographer at your chosen location. The duration of the shoot may vary depending on the number of participants. During the shoot, our photographer will guide you through various poses and provide props, ensuring you capture beautiful and memorable moments.
